You choo-choo-choose me?

I created this blog a while back knowing that the posts would probably be few and far between. I don't really stray from my daily routine enough for interesting things to happen to me. BUT! I happen to have THE BEST boyfriend ever. This blog would never even have potential if it weren't for the pictures that I can take with the awesome camera that he got me for Christmas. AND to get to the point of this entry.. I got my Valentines 2010 gift early: A Waring JEX450 Juicer!!

 

 

I love this thing. It is HUGE. You can stick entire apples/carrots/cucumber/celery bunches in it. So today was my first juicing sesh and it was awesome. Fresh apple juice is really good. Mix it with fresh carrot juice and it's really really good! Fresh carrot juice alone.. not really as good. But it's so fun. And drinking freshly juiced juice is so healthy. I can't wait to buy a bag of grapefruit this weekend and juice those babies. And I was thinking of making a carrot cake with all the pulp that's left over. We'll see! The possibilities are endless!
